SMOK Acro Device Issues
We are so sorry that you’ve had to locate this page! We do our best to make sure our devices meet the high standards we set for our Customers. If you're having issues with your SMOK Acro kit, we've compiled any we believe you may experience here with some help to resolve this.
Auto Fire Not Working?
The SMOK Acro comes with two fire settings, Duel Fire and Button Fire Only. You can cycle through these modes by pressing the fire button 3 times. The screen will flash with a message telling you which mode you are currently in. Should your Auto Fire still not work, please try replacing the pod and see if this issue resolved itself.
Leaking Pods
If your pod is leaking and there doesn't seem to be a cause, please try changing the pod and checking that the pod is being filled correctly. Use alcohol-based hand sanitiser and a cotton bud to remove any excess e-liquid and debris from the pins and pod connections. If the issue persists, please contact our Support team for more help
No Luck?
We're sorry to hear we've had no luck repairing your device. Our Support Team is always about to assist with Faulty Products and will do what they can to help. Please know, you will be asked for Video or Photo evidence of the fault to make sure our Team understands the situation fully.
