Battery Not Charging
A battery that is refusing to charge can be caused by a few different factors. We’ve summarised a few to help you start repairing your device.
- Try changing the way you’re charging it. Use a different plug, outlet, or USB cable.
- If you’re using an external battery bay, try rotating your batteries or cleaning down the holder of any dust or lint.
- Check your charging port on the device to see if there’s any dust or lint in there.
