TRPR/TPD
The Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR), more commonly known as the Tobacco Product Directive (TPD) is a list of laws and regulations for the vaping industry. These were created to make sure that vapers are safe and protected while using their products. The main three rules that we, as retailers, must follow are:
- Nicotine cannot be sold in bottles over 10ml.
- The maximum nicotine strength is 20mg/2%
- Vaping devices cannot contain more than 2ml of liquid.
