Our warehouse operatives are very thorough when packing your order.

We verify the barcode of the product at both the picking and packing stages. But occasionally, mistakes do happen.

We do everything we can to prevent this from happening but if you believe an item is incorrect or you’re missing something, please contact us via live chat or email us at support@royalflushvape.co.uk and our team will investigate this for you.
