What is my Warranty?

Warranty for Devices

All our devices have a 3-month warranty. This covers any manufacturer fault found within the device. Aspire devices come with a 6-month warranty. If the fault occurs within 28 days of purchase (or delivery) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange, or refund.

If your device develops a fault, contact our support team at Support@royalflushvape.co.uk and they will begin the process. We try to make it as smooth and simple as possible for you.

You may have to go through a troubleshooting process while our team determines the nature of the fault, as well as ask you to supply videos or images to help them understand your issue. Once the fault has been located, you will be asked to send your device back to us so one of our trained repair technicians can review your device and confirm the fault.

Please note: We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. If your device is found not to be faulty, you will be liable for return shipping costs.
