Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept any e-liquid for return that has been opened and the tamper seal has been broken. Your item must be in its original packaging. Please contact us via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or directly at support@royalflushvape.co.uk to arrange your return and we will send you a return label. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase which includes the original order number. Please note: All returns must be approved via our support team. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
Faulty Products
If your product develops a fault, we will try to make our returns or repair service as stress-free as possible. If the fault occurs within 28 days of purchase (or delivery) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund. In all cases, we reserve the right to open and inspect the product to verify the fault. Please note: We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Failed Deliveries
All of our orders are sent out via recorded and signed deliveries. If you are not available to receive your items, we will not accept any liability. If they are returned to us, we will charge a standard rate for a re-delivery
